About

CG Technical Property Services was formed in 2020 to create an independent consultancy to provide high quality technical engineering, decarbonisation and operational advice to Facilities Management, Property Management and Construction organisations.

The business principal Colin Goodwin is a Director and Chartered Engineer with commercial acumen who has successfully held board and senior manager positions in FM, energy services, and property & construction management. Benefiting from a wide experience in operations within client, consultancy and contractor businesses, this experience being acquired during major development, change or turnaround programmes.

With an ethos towards improving outcomes for end clients,  service providers and building occupants, using sound technical and management principals utilising a wealth of experience in property operations, building services design, construction, and energy management.
